About us

Who are Pianta Toscana?

Pianta is an Italian registered estate agency with a local and International network of professional collaborators. Our founder Naomi is legally qualified and licensed to operate as a real estate agent in Italy and is a member of FIAIP (federazione Italiana per agenti Immobiliari professionali). To obtain the Italian real estate license you must undertake a course of study and pass an exam that covers all legal and technical aspects of property purchase and rental, this is conducted by the Italian board of commerce.

Why choose Pianta?

To use a popular phrase, we know Lunigiana and the property market in this region like the back of our hand.  We live and work locally and being part of the community, we have built a strong working relationship with local Agents, Builders, Architects and Notaries. This gives our clients a real advantage when it comes to finding and securing the property of their dreams. We also have a wealth of experience in holiday rentals, so we couldn't be better placed to offer sound investment advice on purchases and the potential income.

The office

Pianta Real Estate Agency is situated in the heart of Lunigiana in the picturesque village of Tavernelle, in the municipality of Licciana nardi, the last hamlet before you go over the Apennine pass from Tuscany into the province of Parma.

Located on the main road in the old post office building, Pianta is right in the centre of the village and very much part of the local community.
